Stephani Greytak Chief Academic Officer of Skilled KC, Skilled KC Technical Institute Stephani Greytak is an educator-in-residence, chief academic officer on the Real World Learning team in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she provides the vision and leadership for all workforce education programs within a student-centered learning environment, including planning, development, administration, implementation, and evaluation of the programs and services. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Greytak was vice president of instruction at Salina Area Technical College, where she provided oversight of department chairs and programs; coordination of program development, community and industry support, and use of resources; and ensured alignment with the college’s mission, as well as with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Earlier, she was an instructor at Cowley College. Greytak serves on the steering committee for the Kansas Collaborative for Military Credit, is the national communication committee co-chair for MHEC Multi-Collaborative for Military Credit, is a member of the Military Affairs Committee – Salina Chamber, and is an ACE credit reviewer. She has also presented at several conferences. Some of her presentations include: “Successful Pathways Between Secondary and Post Secondary” at the Kansas Career and Technical Education Conference; “A Model for Scaling Credit for Prior Learning Opportunities for Veterans and Service Members – Kansas Military Articulation Initiatives” at the Wisconsin Technical College System 2018 C3 Collaborative College Connections Conference; and “Redefining Students – Obstacles of the Non-Traditional Student” at the Mid-South Distance Learning Conference. Greytak is working toward a Ph.D. in educational leadership and administration from Liberty University. She has a Master of Science in educational/instructional technology from the National University, and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Kansas State University.
