Donell Hammond Director of Technology, Technology Donell Hammond is the director of Technology at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He is responsible for the analysis and product management functions for Internet communications, data collection and enrichment technologies across the organization. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Hammond was a senior interface architect and manager at Cerner Corporation, where he completed the build of interface design within client domains to include custom scripting using SQL and CCL, provided troubleshooting and support during internal testing and instituted standardization across his team to increase implementation and project turnaround time. Earlier, Hammond was a business systems analyst for ScriptPro, where he captured business requirements in order to develop and test technical solutions. Hammond earned a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Friends University and is on track to earn a Master of Business Administration and Information Technology from Capella University in Fall 2018.
